Melanie has called South Tulsa home for over 20 years. Born in Thousand Oaks, CA, she was raised by missionary parents and resided in the Philippines, Samoa, Singapore, and Hawaii, affording her exposure to a diversity of people and places.
Melanie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice and served our country in the U.S. Army and the Air Force. Professionally, she was a retail manager, and more recently ran salesforce databases for a marketing company.

She prides herself on her keen ability to multitask, and accomplish things in such a timeframe and manner that others never thought was possible. “I know how stressful buying or selling a house can be. Veronica grew up in Enid, Oklahoma, and went on to Oklahoma State University earning a degree in Landscape Architecture. After graduating, she lived and worked in many countries accompanying her husband in his career in the oil business. Her travels helped her master Spanish and French.
After ten years living all over the world, they settled in Cozumel, Mexico, a tiny island in the Caribbean, and raised their four children. She opened Cozumel’s first Property Management company growing to become a real estate company as well. She used her valuable skills in real estate negotiations, educating home buyers and sellers, and managing their properties afterward founding Cozumel Vacation Homes, short-term vacation rentals, even before people had home computers. After more than 30 years in Mexico, she moved back to Oklahoma.
Veronica has been working in property management and real estate in Oklahoma for almost six years. With Keller Williams’ continuing education, she has excelled in the skills that Keller Williams real estate agents are so well known for.
Veronica’s clients often describe her as attentive, proactive, resourceful, and fun to be around. After living for many years in the Caribbean, Veronica is now a homeowner in midtown Tulsa.
She enjoys spending time gardening, taking walks, scuba diving, stand-up paddleboarding, and learning to kiteboard in Baja Sur, where her family owns this hemisphere’s most popular kiteboarding school resort, “Playa Central”. She loves training her little dogs, sewing, creating beaded jewelry, and traveling.
Veronica proudly volunteers at the Cozumel Humane Society, several great nonprofit organizations, including Bark for Baja, and you will often see her serving in Tulsa’s soup kitchens.
